Course Overview

Foundation Entry degree courses are ideal if youve got the ability to study for a degree, but dont have the necessary formal qualifications to directly join an Honours program. Its entirely unique, and a great stepping stone to degree study. At the early stages of the course, youll explore the hospitality industry and its development from an international perspective, human resource skills, and customer services. Youll develop skills in food and beverage operations. Youll move on to study marketing issues, talent management, applied research, and service quality. Your final year will focus on the analytical study of the global hospitality industry and why theres a need for strategic management.
