Specialist modules cover principles, values, and approaches in HRM, as well as organizational behavior and practice. Youll develop your research skills through a masters dissertation or an investigative consultancy project thats related to a particular HRM issue. In the second year of this course, youll undertake study in another country. Employers often prefer applicants who have a strong international awareness. Our exchange option will increase your experience and itll help you stand out from others. There is no requirement to have studied business or HRM at the undergraduate level. The course is covered by the prestigious AACSB accreditation for Newcastle Business School, which was €˜Business School of the Year at The Times Higher Education Awards 2015.
A minimum of a 2:2 honors degree in any subject, or substantial experience of working in a business organization.
20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
