Course Overview

Gain knowledge of a Modern Foreign Language alongside building your professional communication skills. On our International Business Communication degree, you'll study intercultural competence, business and management. This course is a direct entry Year 3 top-up.

So being able to communicate with diverse groups will prepare you to meet the challenges of the changing global landscape.

You can study the BA International Business Communication with either French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Russian. The course is global in its outlook and differs from the more traditional business degrees. We focus on equipping tri-lingual international students with transferable skills, knowledge and understanding. Preparing you for a career in an increasingly changing and diverse global world of work.

General Eligibility

  • At least 2 years of undergraduate study in a field related to English Language and/or Business in English inclusive of the entry tariffs below. Please check the language options above for language level availability. Some language ability should be evident in the application for studying ab inito. UCAS: 96-112 points at A2

  • BTEC Extended Diploma: MMM-DMM

  • BTEC Diploma: DD-D*D*

  • Pass Access Course: 96-112 points

  • International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass including 96-112 points from Higher Level subjects

  • IELTS: 6.0 with no component lower than 5.5

  • GCSEs: 5 at grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
