Course Overview

The discipline of electrical and electronic engineering encompasses a wide skills base and the emphasis of this course is placed on electrical power electronics and the control or electrical machines suitable for industry, this encompasses elements of system-level design, programming, and mathematical principles. The course will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive and develop to gain suitable employment in the rapidly changing world of electrical and electronic engineering. The skills you will gain on the course are transferable to a diverse set of industrial and commercial sectors.

General Eligibility

• UCAS: 104-112 points at A2 including grade C in A-Level Maths and Physics or STEM

• BTEC Extended Diploma: DMM in Engineering including Merit in Maths units

• BTEC Diploma: D*D - D*D* including Maths units

• Pass Access Course: 104-112 points

• International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass with 104-112 points from Higher Level subjects including Higher Level 5 Maths and Physics

• T Level: M including Maths and Physics or STEM

• IELTS: 6.0 with no component lower than 5.5

• GCSEs: 5 at grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
