This double-accredited degree offers a direct route to becoming a Chartered Engineer, the industry's most recognized and desirable standard. Hands-on learning is a key aspect of the degree and you'll reinforce your understanding using our state-of-the-art labs, pilot plant laboratory, and computing suites to study the use of bioreactors and their effective design, modeling, monitoring, and control. Alongside the core principles of chemical engineering, you'll cover specialist topics such as biotechnology, cell, and molecular biology, and gene technology, while developing the core skills, knowledge and competencies needed to pursue a career in this fast-paced, rewarding industry.
A Level: AAB IB: 34 points
Applicants whose first language is not English require a minimum score of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent with no less than 5.5 in each of the four elements of the test.
