You gain an understanding and knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering subjects, including analogue and digital electronics, microprocessors, embedded systems, design, modelling, coding, communication systems, electrical machines and power systems.

General Eligibility

  • 112-128 points from any combination of acceptable Level 3 qualifications. Examples include A-level, BTEC, Access to HE Diplomas, Scottish and Irish Highers, T-Level, or the International Baccalaureate.

Subject requirements:

  • Level 3 Mathematics

  • Accredited prior learning

  • Admission with advanced standing can be considered if you have studied at level 4 or higher (e.g. HNC) in a relevant subject.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • The IELTS score for international applicants is 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component).
