BSc (Hons) in Business & Management (Human Resource Management)

This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of human resource management. Students will learn how to manage people, processes and systems within an organization, as well as how to design and implement effective HR strategies. The course covers topics such as employee engagement, performance management, reward and recognition programs, diversity and inclusion, and workplace wellbeing. Minimum three A levels to include Grades CCC. No specific subjects are required. Welsh Baccalaureate – Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate is considered a third subject.
