In 2013, RCL opened admissions to the public, reflecting its commitment to widening access and participation. Since then, the college has expanded its offerings to include foundation year routes, bachelor's degrees, top-up degrees, and master's degrees in collaboration with university partners such as the University of Bolton, Buckinghamshire New University, St Mary’s University, and Pearson .​

RCL has achieved several milestones, including positive outcomes in the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) Higher Education Review and excellent results in the National Student Survey. The college has expanded its presence with five campus locations across London and continues to support students in achieving their educational and professional goals .​
