Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital tools.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with an events team.

Flexibility to work agreed shifts, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Experience as a student ambassador, society representative, volunteer or event assistant is an advantage.

Connections with student societies or community networks are desirable.

Confidence creating short videos, speaking to groups or supporting promotional campaigns is beneficial.

Promote BHE Uni's services through approved campus, community and online promotional activities.

Support education fairs, university open days, workshops and recruitment events.

Engage with prospective students and introduce interested individuals to BHE Uni Student Advisors.

Share approved promotional content and contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns.

Assist in creating student-focused videos, testimonials and event content with appropriate consent.

Develop positive relationships with student societies, university communities and local organisations.

Record student enquiries accurately using approved systems while protecting personal information.

Submit accurate timesheets and brief reports on promotional activities.

Represent BHE Uni professionally and refer admissions, eligibility and student finance questions to qualified colleagues.
