This course is designed to fit in with the busy schedules of leaders and managers, so it is part-time, over a maximum of 5 years, and is mainly delivered in monthly two-day blocks.
It will prepare you to take on first-line, middle and senior management positions and supports organization leadership and management strategies.

Assessments demand the application of theory to organizational situations to gauge the development of your skills and knowledge, and your organization will be aware of your increased effectiveness.
A bachelor's Honours degree with 2:2 in any subject or equivalent.
Applicants should be registered, social workers or healthcare professional

IELTS (academic) 6.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component or equivalent.
