Course Overview

The BSc in Food Science and Technology builds technical knowledge across food chemistry, microbiology, engineering, and quality management systems. Originating within the century-long history of the American Farm School, the degree maintains strong linkages with food processing industries throughout Southeast Europe. Students utilize campus processing lines for dairy, olive oil, and agronomic products, linking academic theory directly with commercial manufacturing standards.
