Course Overview

Students will be able to achieve national proficiencies relating to the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s Standards of Proficiency for Nursing Associates. This will enable them to become accountable professionals, promote health and prevent ill health, provide and monitor care, work as part of a team, improve safety and the quality of care, and contribute to integrated care.

General Eligibility

Usually, a minimum of three A levels

BTEC National Diploma/QCF Extended Diploma

Pass an Access to HE Diploma with at least 30 credits at merit

Maths & English (or equivalent) grade 4/C

Equivalent qualifications may be considered, including workplace-delivered NVQs.

Part Time Work Details

15 hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • IELTS for UKVI - Minimum of 6.0 in each category

    LanguageCert International ESOL SELT B2 (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) - Minimum of 33/50 in each category

    PTE Academic UKVI - Minimum of 59 in each category

    Skills for English UKVI B2 (4 components) - Pass in each category
