PgCert Advanced Medical Imaging: Mammography Practice

Course Overview

The Fundamentals of Mammography Practice (FMP) and Advanced Techniques in Mammography Practice (ATMP) Modules form a 60 credit Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Medical Imaging.

You will:

• be trained by multi-disciplinary educatiors in the mammography field

• develop high level expertise in mammography technique

• approach clinical practice in a way that is critically reflective and evidence based

General Eligibility

Undergraduate degree

You will hold a degree in BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or other health care professional qualification, 2:1 or above. 

A clinical placement with access to a clinical caseload and the support of a clinical mentor will be required.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

• The IELTS score for international applicants is 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component).
