Course Overview

Governments around the world are establishing increasingly ambitious targets for renewable energy use. For example, by 2030, China plans to increase the share of non-fossil fuels in its total energy mix to 20% and Europe to 30%. The Renewable Energy MSc will prepare you for an exciting and rewarding career helping to address the global challenge of moving to a low-carbon economy.

General Eligibility

A first or second-class UK honors degree (or equivalent) in a related science or engineering discipline. Other recognized professional qualifications or several years of relevant industrial experience may be accepted as equal, subject to approval by the Course Director.

Applicants who do not fulfill the standard entry requirements can apply for the Pre-master's course, successful completion of which will qualify them for entry to this course for a second year of study.
