Course Overview
The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Relations gives students knowledge of international politics, diplomacy, and global affairs. The programme supports understanding of political systems, international cooperation, public policy, and world events through academic study and research activities.
Students develop communication, presentation, writing, and research skills useful for careers in government offices, international organisations, media, policy research, and diplomacy. The course also supports teamwork and professional communication abilities valued in international workplaces.
Graduates may continue into postgraduate study in political science, international law, diplomacy, European studies, or public administration. The programme prepares students for career opportunities in both local and international sectors connected to politics, policy, and global relations.
General Eligibility
Applicants must complete higher secondary education or an equivalent recognised qualification. Good academic performance in humanities or social science subjects is preferred.

Part Time Work Details
International students in Malta may work part-time up to 20 hours weekly after receiving work approval and residence documentation.
