Course Overview

Study the Master of IT Project Management at AUT.

Gain the skills to design, implement and manage agile software development projects throughout their life cycle. Enhance your project management skills in agile organisation concepts, team facilitation, risk and change management for IT projects.

Practical components like the Research and Development Project will give you opportunities to apply what you learn in class to the real world.

General Eligibility

Must have completed one of the following (or equivalent) with a B grade average or higher:

• A relevant four-year bachelor’s degree; or

• A relevant bachelor’s degree with honours; or

• A relevant postgraduate diploma; or

• A bachelor’s degree or graduate diploma and a relevant professional qualification

And

• Have relevant information technology work experience approved by the dean or their representative to be equivalent to one year of advanced study

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

• IELTS (Academic) 6.5 overall with all bands 6.0 or higher; or equivalent
