Course Overview

Developing your understanding in two areas of study, on a state-of-the-art dedicated business campus will allow you to grow into a confident business professional at a UK top 20 Business School (Chartered Association of Business Schools ranking, 2018).

In your first year, you will develop fundamental management skills in marketing, money, people, and organizations.

In year two, you will build upon this business knowledge by exploring business and management contemporary topics. You will also start to shape your career path by choosing from across the range of options we offer including undertaking a required business and a work placement that suits your personal interests and ambitions.

You will also have an opportunity to undertake an additional year-long placement which really brings your course to life and may enhance your graduate employment prospects. You may even have a year studying Business and Management abroad in Europe, North America, Asia, or Australasia.

Your final year is even more tailored towards giving you the competitive edge you need to enter the area of business you want as you select from our range of contemporary modules.

Most of what you study will be anchored to today’s business world but support you to challenge assumptions and make relevant management decisions. By referring to top companies and emerging sectors such as cognitive science, financial innovation, and data analytics you will be well-placed to focus and develop your career.

Welsh Baccalaureate (core) and Level General Studies will be recognized in our offer. We will also consider a combination of A Levels and BTECs/OCRs.
