Course Overview

The online M.S. in Digital Forensics Investigations provides students with fundamental and advanced knowledge of the evolving field of digital forensics. Students will gain insight and an in-depth understanding of critical investigation concepts, including those used by investigators in the area and laboratory, addressing digital-based evidence.

Students will learn and understand the unique techniques and forensic tools used in performing investigations, explicitly focusing on studies involving digital devices and various data sources that may be encountered today. Students can “build their own” degree based on experience, career goals, or other factors, such as working in the private sector. All of our instructors are leading experts, with extensive experience, in their field of investigations.
