This course enables you to specialize in human resource (HR) management to understand its role in business and how you can play a part in the industry. Well, start by looking at how to manage and develop people in organizations and explore the varied roles of people management specialists and line managers in areas such as people resourcing, employment relations, equality, and diversity. You will also examine how training and developing employees can add value to an organization and how investing in staff increases commitment and enhances skills. Youll be allowed to understand the professional skills needed in the HR industry and how to recruit and inspire the team. By looking at the larger picture, you can understand how human resources fit into the wider business arena. So look at today's dynamic business environment to help you put things into context. We work closely with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and youll have the opportunity to achieve a CMI qualification in Management and Leadership through no additional study or assessment. We allow you to work with our HR professionals to create CVs and portfolios and hone those essential interview skills. We aim to help you to become as employable as possible within the HR arena.

Language Requirement
