Our Pharmaceutical Science degree course will develop your understanding of the science that underpins medicine, preparing you to translate scientific discoveries and technological advances into improved healthcare. As part of your degree, youll learn all about how the human body functions, the impact diseases can have on the body, and how normal function can be restored through the use of drug therapy. Not only that, youll have the opportunity to focus on skills that will give you an edge in the pharmaceutical industry, including essential laboratory skills, research techniques, and both inter and interprofessional skills.
96 UCAS Tariff points from a minimum of 2 A-Levels (or equivalent) including a pass in Science (Chemistry preferred). 3 GCSEs at grade C, or grade 4, or above, including English and Maths.
If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.0 (Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.
