As a new manager starting your career, this course aims to help you develop your skills, knowledge, and competencies in managing the different opportunities and challenges caused by internal and external changes faced by organizations. General Eligibility

Applicants will normally be expected to hold a degree with a minimum of 2:2 honors, or equivalent. Applications are also welcome from those with non-standard entry qualifications.
