General Eligibility

At least three years’ experience in a managerial/professional HR role and a second-class honours degree or equivalent (CIPD Level 5). Alternatively, a minimum of five years’ experience in a managerial/professional HR role would be considered if no prior degree is held. Level 2 Maths and English will need to be evidenced prior to end-point assessment (EPA).

Part Time Work Details

Apprentices will need to be employed by your organization for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your organization will also need to commit to sponsoring apprentices to complete this qualification.

Language Requirement

• IELTS At least 7.0 overall and no less than 6.0 in any other section. TOEFL At least 100 with minimum scores of 21 for writing, 21 for listening, 22 for reading and 23 for speaking.
