Course Overview

This exciting and innovative programme is designed for those who want to take over the management of an existing hospitality business, are aiming for leadership positions and want to start a new enterprise. You'll develop the necessary skills to set up and manage a successful hospitality business, including technical, supervisory and managerial skills and techniques with a specific application to entrepreneurship.

Learn how to develop a business through effective communication using various tools, demonstrating strong consumer understanding and a mindset that takes measured risks, perceives and creates opportunities and has the resourcefulness to pursue opportunities ethically and sustainably.

General Eligibility

112 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification listed on the

UCAS tariff calculator, including:

  • A Levels In at least two subjects

  • BTEC Extended Diploma – DMM

  • BTEC Diploma – D*D*

  • International Baccalaureate – 24 points, including a minimum of 15 points at a Higher Level


We also welcome applications from students taking Level 3 or higher qualifications not on the UCAS tariff calculator and will assess the suitability on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to one of the above, you should have the following:

  • GCSE English Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in English

  • GCSE Mathematics Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

    • IELTS 5.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking (or recognised equivalent).
