You'll develop the necessary skills to set up and manage a successful hospitality business, including technical, supervisory and managerial skills and techniques with a specific application to entrepreneurship.
Learn how to develop a business through effective communication using various tools, demonstrating strong consumer understanding and a mindset that takes measured risks, perceives and creates opportunities and has the resourcefulness to pursue opportunities ethically and sustainably.

A Levels In at least two subjects
BTEC Extended Diploma – DMM
BTEC Diploma – D*D*
International Baccalaureate – 24 points, including a minimum of 15 points at a Higher Level
We also welcome applications from students taking Level 3 or higher qualifications not on the UCAS tariff calculator and will assess the suitability on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to one of the above, you should have the following:
GCSE English Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in English
GCSE Mathematics Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
IELTS 5.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking (or recognised equivalent).
