Modern Languages BA (Hons)

Course Overview

There are several very attractive features of the Modern Languages course at Chester, such as studying Chinese or Portuguese as language choices and the length of time you can spend working or studying on placements for each of the languages you will study. We provide the opportunity to spend up to 18 months in up to three different countries. If you choose to study three languages you may study two of them at the beginner level. Our Modern Languages Department was rated 90% for €˜Overall Satisfaction in the Languages, Linguistics, and Classics subject area of the National Student Survey.

General Eligibility

Typical Entry 112 UCAS points GCE A Level 112 UCAS points from GCE A Levels or equivalent to include a language A-Level. Typical offer - BCC/BBC.
