Course Overview

Become an expert in a range of business functions and topics while developing specialist transferrable skills in management, sales, communications, leadership and more. With 86% of large organisations facing skills shortages (The Open University Business Barometer, 2022), now it’s the time to make the first step towards your career ambitions.

This programme will allow you to learn about business management knowledge, theory and principles in work-based situations. You will have the chance to critically review and practice the skillset of analysing information and data from a range of sources, as well as making reasoned judgements and solving complex problems in various business contexts.

General Eligibility

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

  • 48 UCAS points

  • A minimum of two completed A-levels, a BTEC Extended Diploma at PPP or BTEC Diploma at MP or equivalent

  • If you’re a mature student with no formalised course of study at A-level or equivalent, you will need some relevant workplace or voluntary experience

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • GCSE English at Grade 4 or above, or IELTS 5.5 with no component less than 5.0 in each band, or equivalent
