Course Overview

This degree course offers a vocationally focused program of modules on strength and conditioning. As such, youll learn about various aspects of human performance €“ building an in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as training theory and common sports injuries. Its a stimulating and challenging course, but its also a practical one €“ so youll gain more than knowledge. Youll also build your skills as a practitioner and learn how those skills fit in a real-world professional setting. You could even get the chance to assist with performance testing professional teams, giving you some invaluable experience within high-performance sport.
