This degree program offers the opportunity to learn both the theory of sports therapy and the hands-on skills of making it happen. Its your chance to get to grips with the expertise vital for caring, managing, and rehabilitating sportspeople €“ whether professional and amateur €“ back to full fitness. Youll learn how to assist athletes with comprehensive injury assessments and sports-specific rehabilitation programs, involving exercise, soft tissue mobilizations, and manual therapy. As such, youll cover areas of physiology, psychology, pathology, and exercise rehabilitation. Underpinning principles of sports science and strength and conditioning are embedded in the degree with a key focus on functional rehabilitation and contemporary approaches in sports injury management replicating industry-specific skills and demands.

UCAS: 96-112 points at A2 preferably in Biology or PE or Science BTEC Extended Diploma: MMM-DMM BTEC Diploma: DD-D*D* Pass Access Course: 96-112 UCAS points International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass including 96-112 points from Higher Level Subjects IELTS: 6.0 with no component lower than 5.5 GCSEs: 5 at grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent
