Whether its in the local park or on the world stage, sport and physical activity are incredibly powerful. Improving sporting performance to help individuals achieve their personal potential could mean turning a great athlete into a global star, but it can also mean helping a patient work their way out of chronic conditions. This course offers you the tools to make that kind of impact. Youll study a range of modules that draw from physiology, psychology, and biomechanics, giving you an in-depth understanding of the human body, the human condition, and the mechanics of human movement. As such, its a multi-disciplinary course, which allows you to focus on modules in either Health and Fitness or Performance.
