Whatever your level of experience of coaching in this field, youll develop both academic understanding in the classroom and practical skills on residentials at an outdoor teaching center. While youll learn from teaching staff who are experts in their field €“ with the research track records to prove it €“ this is a student-centered course. As such, youll learn among other practitioners in the industry, allowing you to share ideas and develop a new community of practice.
