Course Overview

Foundation Entry degree courses are designed for students who have the ability to study for a degree but don't have the necessary formal qualifications to directly enter their chosen Honours degree program. You'll gain practical experience using state-of-the-art safety engineering techniques. You'll also gain an understanding of the necessary scientific, engineering, and technological principles. We address the development and application of emerging technologies within the often contradictory constraints of safety, economy, and the law. Benefit from our dedicated fire and safety engineering laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.

General Eligibility

• UCAS: 104-112 points at A2 including Maths or Physics or Chemistry or Environmental Science or Applied Science

• BTEC Extended Diploma: DMM in Engineering including Maths units

• BTEC Diploma: D*D-D*D* including Maths units

• Pass Access Course: 104-112 points

• International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass with 104-112 points from Higher Level subjects including Higher Level 5 Maths and Physics

• T Level: M including Maths or Physics or Chemistry or Environmental Science or Applied Science

• IELTS: 6.0 with no score lower than 5.5

• GCSE's: 5 at grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
