Course Overview

On the Education side of this course, youll develop an understanding of educational theories, policies, and practice. Youll apply these to past and present educational issues. With our History modules, youll cover different periods, topics, places, and approaches, from early modern times to contemporary history. Youll study different regions including North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. A Foundation Entry course such as this one is ideal if youve got the ability to study for a degree, but dont have the necessary formal qualifications to directly join an honors program. Its a great stepping stone to a full degree.

General Eligibility

  • UCAS: 64 points at A2

  • BTEC Extended Diploma: MPP

  • BTEC Diploma: MM

  • Pass Access Course: 64 points

  • International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass including 64 points from Higher Level subjects

  • T Level: P (D or E)

  • IELTS: 6.0 with no component lower than 5.5

  • GCSE: 5 at grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
