Course Overview

Engineers work closely with Architects to design a healthy indoor environment and promote comfortable thermal, aural, and visual conditions in buildings. Youll consider acoustics, health and safety, heating, lighting, power and supply, and security. Sustainability issues will place you at the cutting edge of designing, developing, and managing the new technologies that help to keep a buildings carbon emissions low.

General Eligibility

GCSEs: Maths and English at Grade C/4 or equivalent such as Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English Our Apprenticeships have flexible entry requirements which take into consideration prior qualifications and experience. This may also include consideration of the year of entry
