Course Overview

Our Human Resource Management course covers all the areas of people management in organizations, including employee recruitment, development, and reward, as well as communications and performance management. You'll develop a breadth of knowledge in a range of subjects that impact directly on all areas of business performance and competitiveness. You'll also gain an understanding of leadership and how the behaviors of individuals and teams contribute to the success of organizations.
