Course Overview

Well teach you to think outside the box when considering how to make maths an interesting and relevant subject for your pupils. Youll be encouraged to organize external visits to help your pupils understand how maths is used in the real world. Youll also learn how to stimulate interest and excitement in solving mathematical problems. Aside from developing your ability to teach, youll also hone your communication and interpersonal skills. Youll be able to instill confidence in your pupils so they can achieve their potential. And youll learn how to motivate support staff so they can help you deliver outstanding lessons.

General Eligibility

All applicants must have grade C passes in GCSE English Language and Maths (or equivalent) before making their application. Key Skills, Functional Skills, and the Certificate in Adult Numeracy/Literacy are not accepted in place of GCSEs.

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • IELTS 6.5 with no skills below 6.5, or an equivalent qualification.
