Course Overview

This LLB foundation course covers the key pillars of legal knowledge and delves into the fundamentals of English Law and the legal system. Studying this course will enable you to acquire the knowledge and practical legal skills needed to succeed in a range of legal and non-legal sectors.

General Eligibility

Candidates for our LLB (Hons) with Qualifying Status and Foundation Year are asked to submit a personal statement (of between 350-550 words) or interview, demonstrating their ability to study the program at Arden University, taking into account: Your motivation for undertaking the program Relevant work experience Prior qualifications References

Part Time Work Details

Apprentices will need to be employed by your organization for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your organization will also need to commit to sponsoring apprentices to complete this qualification.

Language Requirement

  • IELTS 6.0 (no less than 5.5 in any element); or TOEFL iBT 80; or equivalent. Alternatively, a letter to show that the Medium of Instruction was in English is accepted.
