Our experienced team will guide you as you explore the sources of the law in England and Wales, how it is made and developed, the institutions within which that law is administered, and the personnel who practice law. You’ll study the law as it regulates the functions of the state, the relations between private individuals, and the ownership and control of land and other property. You’ll also be able to choose additional legal areas that are of interest to you or your career aspirations.
112 UCAS points. Please see our guide to the UCAS Tariff for examples of how to achieve these points. Any subjects are acceptable at Level 3. You should also have five GCSEs at grade C or above or grade 4 to 9 (or equivalent) including English. You may be required to attend an interview and/or provide a portfolio of work. You may be required to pass a diagnostic test prior to admission.
Apprentices will need to be employed by your organization for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your organization will also need to commit to sponsoring apprentices to complete this qualification.
If English isn’t your first language, you’ll also need IELTS 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any band (or equivalent). We also accept a range of other English language qualifications
