This degree is an excellent qualification for individuals seeking a career in human resource management and other management roles that demand an understanding of the human element of business. You’ll be eligible for Associate Membership of the CIPD, and should you choose to join the CIPD as a student member during your studies you’ll be able to use the designation Assoc. CIPD after you successfully graduate.
Over the past few year's graduates have used this flexible degree to go into jobs such as a Human Resources Manager, Business Development Manager, HR Consultant, Advertising Executive, Business and Solution Analyst, Purchasing Manager, Brand Management Trainee, Sales Executive, and various leading graduate schemes.
A-level: AAB
GCSE: 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or higher including Mathematics grade B/5 and English Language grade B/6 or equivalent, or an appropriate English language qualification. **If you have a B/6 in GCSE English Literature we will accept a Grade 5 or C/4 in GCSE English Language.

IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Academic or IELTS for UKVI (United Kingdom Visas and Immigration) (Academic) or IELTS Online at 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in each component skill. Please note that we cannot accept results from these tests that are over two years old at the start date of the course you intend to study.
TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test) or TOEFL iBT Home Edition at 80 overall with no less than 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking, and 19 in writing. Please note that we do not accept TOEFL My Best scores and we expect candidates to have met the relevant requirements from a single TOEFL test.
