Our Orthodontics MSc program is open to international and home students. The home student program (UK/EU) runs alongside our NHS Specialist Registrar Clinical Training. It will equip you with the knowledge and skills to become an orthodontic specialist. We have an international reputation and membership in the Northern Universities Consortium. This ensures that the most skilled UK orthodontic teachers will tutor you. Our Orthodontics MSc program welcomes international and home students, we have places for six home students and two international students who work closely together in clinics and the academic environment. The Orthodontics MSc has a September intake every three years. The next intake for this course is in 2022. The course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to complement your clinical training and we aim to provide: knowledge to support the clinical treatment of orthodontic cases, including simple and complex cases appropriate for specialist practitioner level an evidence base for orthodontics and the skills required to appraise the evidence base applied research within orthodontics
You must have: a dental degree that is recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC) and UK National Academic Recognition Information Centre (NARIC) for at least temporary registration at least two years' experience post-graduation
IELTS 7.0 overall (with a minimum of 7.0 in all sub-skills).
