Employers play an active role in our degrees by delivering technical lectures or taking a role in professional skills modules. Many Ph.D. programs include training and work experience in commercial laboratories. Selected courses are developed and accredited by professional organizations and many courses include project-based assignments and/or case study analysis.
A 2:1 honors degree, or international equivalent, in civil engineering, geology, or a related discipline. Industrial experience is desirable but not essential.
