Professional Accountancy MSc

Course Overview

This course has been designed with the aim to facilitate your personal, professional, and academic development €“ and help to prepare you for professional exams. The MSc Professional Accountancy course is designed to help you achieve a Masters qualification, as well as prepare you for the Strategic Professional level qualification of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)*, the worlds leading body for professional accountants, upon successful completion. You will have the opportunity to complete modules that are designed to mirror the Strategic Professional papers of the ACCA, and while you will need to undertake ACCA exam papers at an external ACCA examination center to gain the Strategic Professional qualification, Coventry Business School is recognized as an ACCA GOLD Approved learning partner which we believe puts us in a good position to facilitate our students in helping them towards completion of ACCA exams, should they choose to take the ACCa exams, upon successful completion of this course.

General Eligibility

A minimum 2.2 undergraduate Honours degree in accounting gives exemption against the whole of the €œfundamentals€ level of ACCA.

• This course requires an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5. Pre-sessional English is available if required.
