This Business Management and Human Resource Management BA (Hons) degree focuses on understanding businesses, the business environment, and how to manage the people within them. Human resource management (HRM) is a key driving force for successful businesses. Because we recognize this element is so important to business strategy, weve developed a course that doesnt just teach you about core business principles but also incorporates the people side of things too.
A minimum of grades CCC in three A levels (or a minimum of 96 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification). English Language and Mathematics GCSE at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
