BA Frontline Leadership

Course Overview

This program is designed to prepare professionals who carry out the small day-to-day group and team-leading functions in any organization. Communication, creativity, and inquiry will develop your critical thinking skills. This program is part of the foundational leadership block in our Integrated Leadership Development Program.

General Eligibility

Applicants with a 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA are eligible for general admission to UC and can gain direct entry into this program.
