Course Overview

This course will prepare you for modern management by developing your specialist knowledge alongside broader communication, planning, and decision-making skills. Youll cover topics such as data handling, architecture design, and business change management, as well as having the chance to complete your own original research project. All of this is designed to bring out your management strengths, by providing you with plenty of opportunities to apply what you learn.
