This is a part-time top-up degree lasting three trimesters, aimed at those currently working in the field of HR or Organisational Psychology and those who aspire to do so. Students applying for September 2021 should have already completed two years of an undergraduate business degree (or equivalent). You’ll gain the knowledge and skills of Human Resource Management, drawing on theoretical, practical, and business-focused perspectives. This will be combined with the study of critical areas of organizational psychology to enable you to understand the social and psychological processes operating in organizations and develop ways of improving them through applying specialist Human Resource Management processes.
The University does not sponsor students to study in part-time programs in the UK under the Student Visa route. International Applicants must therefore have other valid immigration leave to learn in this program.
