Course Overview

As part of this course, you’ll:

  • Complete your dissertation, an in-depth project focused on enhancing corporate governance practice, supported by an expert tutor

  • Define your own area of investigation, be that corporate governance, compliance or social responsibility and performance

  • Aim to support your professional development and improve the corporate governance of your organisation so it becomes a beacon for good practice

  • Study part-time with the support of an applied business school, so you’re able to fit your studies into your professional schedule

General Eligibility

Applicants should be a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS) or hold a similar qualification. All suitable candidates who meet the entry requirements will be interviewed and required to engage in a pre-course induction session.

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.

  • IELTS 6.0 with no skills below 5.5, or an equivalent qualification.
