This course will develop your management skills to ensure your work environment's functionality, safety and efficiency by integrating people, place, processes and technology.
As part of your course, you'll:
Demonstrate skills inadequate service provision and monitoring
Gain an understanding of business strategy, cost control, people management and property-related issues
Focus on maintaining your organisation's core business activities and meeting legislative requirements
Develop your knowledge of health and safety, risk management and business continuity
Identify and evaluate appropriate decision-making strategies
Develop research capability and cognitive skills, enabling you to analyse and resolve problems in your profession
Evaluate complex physical, technical, legal, economic and environmental issues affecting building and space performance.
Applicants should have at least a second-class honours degree or equivalent experience or training, usually from within the facilities management work environment.
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
IELTS 6.0 with no skills below 5.5 or an equivalent qualification.
