MA Culture, Diaspora, Ethnicity (Foundation)

This foundation course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the cultural, social and political dynamics of diaspora communities. It explores the complexities of identity, belonging and cultural expression within diverse contexts, including migration, displacement and postcolonialism. Students will gain a deep understanding of the historical, political and cultural factors that shape diasporic cultures and their interactions with mainstream societies.
