Course Overview

Research skills specific to foodways and food systems past and present on an international scale Understanding of the economic, political and cultural dynamics of food systems and foodways Ability to identify issues and problems faced by a range of stakeholders and the potential consequences of various forms of intervention and transformation Researching, analysing and assessing sources of information Written and verbal communication skills Managing and interpreting information Developing ideas and arguments

General Eligibility

You will need at least a 2:1 or its equivalent in order to be considered by any of the main funding bodies

Part Time Work Details

Apprentices will need to be employed by your organization for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your organization will also need to commit to sponsoring apprentices to complete this qualification.

Language Requirement

  • IELTS Overall score 6.5. No less than 6.0 in any section. TOEFL Overall score 90 with minimum scores of 21 for writing, 21 for listening, 22 for reading and 23 for speaking.
