Course Overview

On our BSc Accounting and Finance degree, you will be taught using a variety of methods by leading researchers and academics who have worked professionally in the accounting and finance sector. You will study at one of the handfuls of business schools in the UK that holds the prestigious ‘triple-crown’ accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the Association of MBAs (AMBA), and the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS).

General Eligibility

Typical offer: AAB Required subjects and grades: GCSE Mathematics at grade 6/B General Studies: not accepted as one of three A2s, but a good performance may be taken into account if you fail to meet the conditions of the offer and have General Studies as a fourth A2. BTEC Extended Diploma Only the following subjects can be considered: Business International Baccalaureate Diploma: 6,6,6 at Higher Level with a minimum of 32 points overall.

• IELTS 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in any band. Financial requirement You’ll need to show you have enough money to support yourself - unless you’ve been in the UK with a valid visa for at least 12 months on the date of your application. How much money you need depends on where you will be studying. You’ll need either: £1,334 per month (for up to 9 months) for courses outside London £1,023 per month (for up to 9 months) for courses inside London If you’re applying for the Doctorate Extension Scheme, and you’ve been in the UK for less than 12 months, you need to prove you have a total of £2,668 for courses in London, or a total of £2,046 for courses outside London. If you’re boarding at a residential independent school, you’ll need to pay boarding fees instead. The amount you need to pay will be on your CAS. London means the City of London and the 32 London boroughs.
