HNC Construction

The HNC Construction program at the University of Salford is a comprehensive and practical course that covers all aspects of construction management. Students will learn about building design, materials, and construction methods, as well as legal and environmental considerations. The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the construction industry, including project management, cost estimation, and site management. Upon completion of the program, students will be eligible to progress to the final year of the BSc (Hons) Construction Management degree at the University of Salford.

The HNC Construction program is a one-year course that consists of eight modules. Students will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including construction workshops and computer labs. The program is designed for students who want to pursue a career in the construction industry but do not wish to commit to a three-year degree program.

You will have the option of progressing onto a number of different built environment degrees, including Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Building Surveying or Real Estate Development and Management.
